SMEDS Alumni Present Mission Trip in Chapel
.JPG)
In Chapel, former St. Mary's
students Hannah Wannamaker and Madison Fox described their
mission trip taken to the Dominican Republic. They
participated in a project to build
an Episcopal Church and school. The facility will also serve as
shelter for those evacuated from their homes during floods in
this low-lying area. The girls are reaching out to the St.
Mary's community to support this worthy cause. To learn more, go to

Senior Send-off

We were thrilled to welcome back to campus members of the Class
of 2007 and their families as we hosted the annual “Senior
Send-off” on April 10th with a dinner in St. Mary’s
Hall. Graduates were recognized in groups and individually, as
they shared some of their more memorable moments at SMEDS.
Several alumni recalled championship wins on our sports teams,
while others named field trips, shows, or class moments which
are highlights of their St. Mary’s experience. We wish our 2007
alums all the best at the following schools: Auburn, Elon,
Emory, Florida Atlantic, Florida State University, Loyola
Marymount, Oklahoma State, Princeton, Rice, Roger Williams,
Sewanee, University of Alabama, University of Central Florida,
University of Florida, University of Georgia, University of
Mississippi, UNC Chapel Hill, University of South Florida,
Vanderbilt, and Wofford College.
